Monthly Poll #4 results: gamer problems
Our previous poll asked you: Which of these do you experience more often, or annoy you the most?
- Games using AI was the most common problem, with 11 votes
- Games getting more expensive took the second place, with 9 votes
- So many releases, but too little time was the third most common problem, with 8 votes. But games with microtransactions came close with 7 votes.
Games using AI showing up as the top voted problem came as no surprise to me, as many gamers in the communities I’m a part of have experienced instances where games haven’t disclosed their use of AI, or wishing that marketplaces like Steam made the information more prominent on their pages. I really hope they will hear our feedback about that, and that studios disclose that information properly. Nothing makes me angrier lately than getting bamboozled into consuming AI-generated content against my will…
